    Default 2006 ARRC Format

Will be very similar to the 2005 event - qualify on Friday (11/10), sprint race on Saturday (featuring the FSC and SRS National Championship race) then the "Pro" qualifying and race on Sunday (11/12). We'll also be adding CFC to the Sunday race this year.

    Default GT1V: question:

    Car qualifying question.

It looks like the CFC class in SEDIV will be gone. NEDIV CFC rules allow up to 1995 cars.

Can my 1991 car run at the ARRC as CFC?

    Streaaaaach?

    Default ARRC CFC Rules

Hadn't really thought about it, but I don't see why not. We've adopted other divisions (and even organizations, like TCC) rules for "non-National" classes, so we certainly can make CFC include all the way up through '95.

It sure would be easier if there was a "nationally accepted standard" for CFC, but you guys couldn't even agree among yourselves what years should be included. I don't have a dog in the hunt, but it seems to me the most popular idea was '95 and earlier. Of course if Cole or Jim show up with their Swift, it doesn't really matter where we draw the line.

I'll add it to my "ToDo" list for the 2006 ARRC...

I run a 1990 Reynard and I'm all for using NEDIV rules for CFC at the ARRC. I'm pretty sure we will be there with at least one of our cars. Nice to have this much notice in advance. We didn't show last year because of all the talk about changing dates and schedules in the months leading up to the race weekend. I'm sure we can convince more CENDIV drivers to make the tow down as well.

An ARRC repeat would have been nice! Kicking myself for selling my rf92 now!!!
I guess I can always run the 99 in FS and get stomped by Sean, Russ, and the Grant's!
It would be great to see a bigger CFC field though and allowing the NEDIV rules will certianly help bring the cars to this great event!!!
