I found some years ago from a supplier of vintage Lotus 7 parts. Can't recall their name, maybe in Pennsylvania?

    Default A substitute

Years ago I ran into a similar problem with needing a metalastic bushings. I found that I could substitute leaf spring bushing. It did take a sleeve or 2 to make the substitution but it worked well. I needed it for the engine mounts on my Titan Mk6.

I'd guess it was R.D. Enterprises:
