    Default Identify these Ford motor blocks?

    Two blocks. Numbers say 681F. Might they be of any use to anyone?

    Original Cortina ?
    I'm trying to remember back to 1971, so I may be incorrect.

    It’s a 68 Cortina 1600 cross flow block. Had the smaller rounded main caps and small lifter bores compared to the 711 block. Can be machined up to use the uprated parts. They originally had the small chambered head.
