Default Formula B Tires: Avon or Hoosier?

I'm hoping to get objective opinions on the Avon A11's vs. the "new" Hoosier R35B tires on vintage Formula Bs (pre - 1972). I'm new to the class and would appreciate receiving the insights of those that are more experienced.

Thanks in advance for your input.

The A11 tire is an older spec, but probably the only thing you can get. We ran Avon 007 prior to 2021, and are running the R60 Hoosiers in FC now (by spec), and I would switch back to Avons in a millisecond. Also keep in mind a radial tire may not work with your car as those require a lot of negative camber and you may not be able to get that with your setup range.
