Is this car SCCA vintage eligible? How hard is it to set up and maintain?

Don’t know about “SCCA”vintage legal. Legal in many vintage organizations. Depending on the chassis # it maybe a 72-74. Checking the Arch Motor (AM7x-xx) On the rear cross member can help. But it does have the front roll hoop as required for SCCA today.

Parts are available in the UK and some here in the US. Setup is good and with the short 84” wheel base allot of fun to drive.

For most Vintage organizations clubs it's "Club Ford" eligible . Also for Monoposto. Inboard suspension only on one end is the usual criteria for Club Ford. Can't imagine it's not similarly OK in SCCA.

Monoposto lists the Elden PH8 as 1970-1972 and the PH10 as 1972. Wikipedia confirms: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Elden_Racing_Cars.

Not sure what a PH 8/10 is but either would be vintage/historic, not CF.
There is a glitch in the continuum...
