    For Trade Titan Emblem

I'm looking for a nose emblem for my Titan MK6. I tried Andy, but he's out of them and no longer has a source.

    Thanks,
    Paul

This inquiry has been raised before. I'm interested in one too. someone with experience in making a good reproduction should run a batch of 50 and post them for sale! EVT

Let me see what I can do with it in my free time. No promises.

I have the 2d of the nose badge, just a matter of how to get the 3D made, I have a few requests out there to see what a small batch of rapid proto parts would be...nylon would be easy but getting the finish acceptable might be a hassle. I'll update when I hear something or open to suggestions.

I have a 3d printer and can play around with making something. It would be as easy as printing in abs, or printing something lesser and making a mold for aluminum.

I have a 3D printer - down for a couple of problems right now, hope to have it functional again by the weekend.

Gary Guzman made some emblems on his a few weeks back - he has experience importing scans/photos to make the sketch required for the extrusion.

It would help if someone could take a photo of the emblem from straight above, and provide a size reference. Another good place to find logos is on correspondence from the manufacturer.

ABS would be easiest since it needs to be painted and aged to look like pewter.

    Default Titan Emblem

We just ran our first test 3D print of the Titan Emblem. See photo attached. We're going for round 2 which will be deeper and tighter details than first print.
