Several people wondering how they'll put meaningful 1.7 mile track on such a small plot of land?
No mention I saw of any proposed competition events.
Residential condos start at a half million, so rules me out

Florida... condos... with no pool?
Looks like no worker stations around the course. And, I'm guessing you have to park your trailer somewhere else. Of course, this course is for cars that don't need trailers.
Not to mention more water hazards than ol' Moroso used to have.

Florida condos with no pool is no stranger than an F1 race in Miami with a fake marina...

CoF looks like it will be one of those small private country club track places.

Too rich for my blood. I may drive the Lotus out there someday just to take a trip. The kicker is I-4 the whole way from Orlando to there or back is pretty much bumper to bumper / stop & go.

I can see the snowbirds with their gold chains driving the Lambo at a breakneck 60 miles an hour now!
Maybe one deal would be AirB&B renting a condo there for a couple of days, take your car out on track too.......then cross it off the list of things to do.
The idea of Moroso years ago going up scale condo never worked out.....but CoF is actually under construction.

nope, not the same one; the one being discussed here is farther up I-4 towards Orlando

curious that several are going up within just a few hours of each other
