Swift Serial Number Archive?

I'm looking at an 008... Wondering if there's a way to determine history and / or the original owner via the tub serial number?

Not aware of any 008 databases, but if your looking at cars locally Im familar with most of the 008s and 014's in CA , we have one and familiar with most of the owners in Norcal/Socal ,PM me if you like. Graham

I would love to know the history on my car also. I THINK it came from Cal. then to Fla where i bought it.
