Default Brake reservoir vent / puke can???

Standard Tilton three cylinder assembly… Car is Toyota WSR. Previous owner had to strap a diaper over the reservoirs and put a catch tray under the cylinders because he claimed vibration shuck brake fluid out of the reservoirs. Is this a common problem in a sports racer? Does anyone run a puke tube into a can from the reservoir caps?

I'd call Tilton and ask about it.
