Default Rollbar upgrade? Did you do it?

Hey guys. My car has the old single hoop, which I've heard is unsafe. So, I got the kit from Moses to upgrade it.

Has anyone done this? If so, do you have pictures? It's generally pretty simple looking, but I'd like to see an "AFTER" picture, to make sure I'm not missing anything.

    Thanks!

The only decent photo I have is right after the bar was added.

I had Eric Vancleef do the rollbar for me as he was local and an extremely competent cage builder.

This a really important upgrade to the hoop - its a bit of a bandaid to fix an issue with the original welding but the only practical one Star could come up with back then. Be sure your welder understands welding C/Moly Hoops!!

    Default All done!

I got a local guy who welds cages to do it. Looks good. Rebuilding the car now, since I had to basically disassemble everything near that area. Oh, and I have to "adjust" the fuel cell cover, since it now has *2* bars to deal with, instead of just 1.

The countdown of things to do before I can go racing is dangerously close to 0. The only major one left is making a bead seat.
