Default Looking to reproduce body parts (No not human)

I'm wanting to learn the process of making body molds and reproducing body panels for formula racing cars. I'm not a professional but a racing enthusiast who's interested in this kind of work. If your not in a big hurry and have a need for a new body or body panel I would be willing to reproduce your part for just the cost of the material. Let me know what you have and we can discuss.

    Thanks

    Don

Couple of books I thought were good:

Composite Materials Fabrication Handbook #1 & #2 by John Wanberg

There are some good videos on youtube on mold making as well.

I haven't done any yet. You need time and space

Don, I live right here in Sacramento and if you would like to come by the shop, I can show you some molds and share my knowledge. I might even have some work for you....

I've made a couple nose molds. It's not that hard , but very time consuming. Don't take shortcuts, get the right materials.
God is my pilot, I'm just the loose nut behind the wheel !
