Looking for a FT200 4th/5th selector arm

Hello fellow members,

Does anyone have a spare Hewland FT200 4th/5th selector arm (as used in a 1986 Ralt RT4)?

I totally lost 4th in the last race in 2015, however I was able to short shift from 3rd to 5th... and it worked as long as I held the gear in 5th... yet having now slid the box out, I simply cannot understand why as the arm was cleanly broken off in its neck.
