    Default Visiting Australians

    Hi All,

My major sponsor and engineering guru is visiting Houston and Florida areas from mid October to mid November. He would like to attend a race meeting where the FB's would be racing and meet with the FB community. Also if there are any chassis manufacturers in either of these locations (and in between) then he would also like to visit to learn more for the Australian series.

If you could advise if there are any scheduled race meeting that fit these dates then I would contact the organisers direct to arrange passes etc.

    Many thanks,

    Derek

If you could arrange for him to take a slight detour to the SCCA F1000 National Championship at Laguna Seca on October 12th he could see all the fast guys from around the USA. It would be worth the trip.

He would be able to see all the different brands of cars in one place and meet the people that make this such a great class.

If he stayed over a few days he could fly to San Diego and see where the Phoenix Chassis are built and actually see a car under construction.

The ARRC at Road Atlanta is November 1-2. There will likely be a number of Formula 1000 cars there.

    Default arrc a good option

The ARRC at Road Atlanta is a good choice......assuming California is to much of a side trip. As Mike said, there is usually a good F1000 turn out for that race.....from several manufacturers.

JDR will have 4 cars at the National Championships in California if you get there. We may have one or two at the ARRC also.

It would be interesting to talk to you about what is going on in F1000 down your way.
