    Verify the splines before ordering. If using very old style straight plunge CV joints (common on 70's/80's cars) you will probably need to have them made as they are 22 spline and almost unobtanium. If using the VW 411 style (33 spline) you can have them made to length by any number of off-road dune-buggy shops in your area. These may or may not be gun-drilled so be specific. They also may be a bit heavier but will not break. Other options are to go to John Taylor at TDI or Doug Learned at Fast Forward.

    I have a set of used VW style off of a BD-4 if you're interested.
