    Default Possible FST conversion project

Just saw this on FlesBay - http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Formu...item27ca32ca26

With a reserve of $2K and buy it now of $3K, looks like a possible conversion candidate. Just pointing it out. don't have a dog in this one, can't afford a project, nor do I have the space to do a project like it, nor do I have spousal approval. But maybe someone has all three.

    Default Tim Woods WAR?

    Bob,

Think that was the original intension for that car. I'm not positive, but I think that was going to be Tim Woods WAR FST conversion. Need to get confirmation that the car on ebay was once Tim's car. FWIW, the basic Lynxs B type cars make for very simple conversions. Problem is with this particular car is it looks like it has been stored poorly and will most likely need lots of new parts to get it on the track (in any classification).

    Default yes

It has been confirmed by someone who raced with it.

I'd have to agree with the "stored poorly" comment. I once bought a FV for parts that was stored in a back yard for 5 years. I put my finger through the bottom of the transmission case.
