How much for the frame and cell together? What is the width at the bottom frame rails?

Looks to me that this started life as an Adams. It matches very closly to the 88 Adams that I made my car from.

no this frame did not start life as an adams.
the frame has never been raced or completed.
It was built in Ontario/canada, i know of one other duplicate car that was build and raced as a 1200 back in the 80's.
