    And my gear shift snapped when I put the car in gear to stop it rolling away, when I arrived in Impound.

    On the unlucky days, it pays to remember, we have lucky days too!

    I spent the last 25 laps just working on my lines after losing the draft the
    fifth or sixth lap. After 10 months, it felt good to finish a race but this track
    doesn't allow you to rest very much! Everyone finshed without damage, but
    Guy's shift linkage broke on the cool down lap, plus Guy spotted a major crack
    in my right rear drum in tech after the race, so we both got lucky!
