great looking ride but it is missing a front shock! LOL
Dude, unicorns are rad.
What we call in the swamp, "a proper race car."
I really need to start buying Lottery tickets...
Here are a few more pics of some details on the car: Shifter mod, fresh cow catcher/tea tray, diffuser, fortified cyl QS head, etc.
Also, I’ve had some interest in the motors separately and would like to gauge market interest in the car as a roller: Any sans motor fans out there?
I've never met Scully, but his reputation for engineering is excellent. Cant imagine he has missed much in working this ride over. And of course its a proper color.

And here’s a direct sideview for all those sports racer types out there interested in sketching-up a body for the ultimate Xsr.
What does this car weigh, sans driver?
Thanks ... jay Novak
Jay,

I'll take it in trade for my FB.
These Formula 3 cars are absolutely beautiful, and the build quality of Dallara is 2nd to none. This car looks great as did the old silver one prior. This particular model generation is very affordable and cost-effective to run.
It's great to see another Formula 3 car here in North America. Anyone can see this same model in multiple paint liveries in one of my albums on my profile. All Dallara models dating back to 1996 are in their own albums respectively.
Mike's been a standup guy when I've dealt with him. He has pics of the head mods on this car- beef up of the webbing between combustion domes to help prevent blowout. I've been in these cars, they are the real deal, excel build quality, but a somewhat snug fit for a 6' 180 lb driver. He has modified his shift linkage to address some of these concerns though. Tempting....
yes, I agree, I've spoken with Mike before and he's very knowledgeable about all types of Formula race cars, so I wasn't surprised when he told me that he helped design the Formula BMW chassis with Mygale.
Mike has owned and driven many open-wheel cars; Atlantics, F2000's, Mazdas, etc., and has owned 2 Formula 3 cars so far because he says that they are by far a better Formula car to the rest of the competition here.
Atleast I'm not the only one saying this! People...car buyers!...you have to wake up and see that there are much better, cheaper, formula cars out there to buy and race affordably. Ask Mike yourself, he'll give you non-biased answers.
Just because our racing community here in North America haven't really been exposed to Formula 3 cars from Dallara, Mygale or Lola doesn't mean that they are bad cars or too expensive to run. Just be open-minded and listen to their numbers.
Dallaras are usually made with a wider than usual foot box than most Swift chassis', and you have plenty of room in the seating area before you pour your foam, by then it's just a matter of how thick you want your seat to be. So it's not an uncomfortable cockpit as most people might think.

Bump for a low mileage F301 right here in the States. SCCA logbook, GCR-compliant rollhoop, teched through April 2013, etc, etc…
This car is a very nice example of the F300 model line and someone should step up to buy it. Some Apexers are starting to notice the value these F300 cars represent. Great performance, great build quality, great looks, all wrapped up in a package for $30,000 - $40,000 what more could you want at those price levels.
Bump for a car adorned in the colors of Christmas...
Hey Mike, you might want to think about going into marketing....
Merry Christmas, y'all!
be well..
I used to own this car. I'm 6' 200lbs and am not a little guy. I fit into it very comfortably.
Mike is a very meticulous person who takes great care of his cars. I'm sure that you would not be disappointed.
