    Default Brake Pads

I am trying to find brake pads for the rear of my Lola T644, for autocrossing. Pegasus only has "black" compound and I want HP Plus, which I'm using on the fronts (and are much cleaner). The Hawk size is: HB117. Does anyone have a source?

    thanks,
    Mike

I got my HPS (no dust street compound) from Essex Parts near Charlotte, NC. (formerly in Atlanta and also formerly the Van Diemen importer).

    http://www.essexparts.com/

Our size is not a stock item for HPS or HP Plus as I recall but at the time Essex was a distributor.

I tried HP Plus and they were both dusty and too agressive (i.e. too easy to lock up) for me. Now that grip levels seem to have improved they might be a good option now.

I really like the HPS compound.
