Head Origin?

The head off my vintage Crossle has the following stamped on the intake side just above the unused water port:

SBSR 010

and just below the bolt hole:

CCH

I surmise this indicates who prepared the head (perhaps a long time ago). Anybody recall what this might be?

CCH was Jim Orell at Competitiion Cylinder Heads in VA. Last I heard he had retired a few years ago.

If the head was stamped SBRS I would have guessed it was on old Skip Barber piece.
