    Default Trying

The damage to my car at the ARRC was pretty extensive. I have been collecting parts over the Winter, and I think I can make it...

    Hope to see you there.

Default Man, we're like twins or something!

Sean, I looped it in avoidance at almost the same spot. I scraped the left wing into the wall (driver's right) and damaged it and the nose. Fortunately did not hit any wheels or suspension bit. WHEW!

    Hope 2 c u there as well.

Glenn, is this another of those impressive Clark Lincoln renderings?

    Default Yes it is

Yet another of Clarks incredible works of art.
The body is completely off right now, and getting spruced up a bit.
The VIR race might just see the Coopsport/Novak car actually looking like something...

It took me 16 years to get good paint on my '87 RX7 Turbo that was purchased in '90!

Default OK, it's shaping up to be...

    a battle of the converted!
Prototype 1 Novak vs. Production 1 Novak

    That's only two cars, fellas.

We need to hit our 2.5 average/event.

Clearly what is needed at this point is for someone to enter half a car .

If any FB driver's are "on the fence", I'll see if I can sweeten the deal:

FREE ROOM* and BOARD to the first FB driver and one (1) crew person that steps up.

*Room consists of my verrrrry plush 8x20 Pace enclosed trailer.
Rubberized floor, Air conditioned (and heat if needed), a/c power throughout w/ lighting, and inflatable Queen size air mattress.
Please note there is only one (1) air mattress so you'll have to "Brokeback" it. Or not.

As for the board, my lovely crewchief cranks out some of the best paddock grub this side of the Brazilian BBQ @ Laguna.

Like Grandma Coopster said all those years ago: "What's not to like?"

PS In the event of rain, the "room" portion of the above referenced deal is null and void.

    Sweet, huh?

    Regards, GC

Sediv has gone back to the EIS registration system by FinGroup.

Here is the link to the entry list.

That Fingroup website blows. Here's what I get:
    Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, webmaster@fingroup.com and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error. More information about this error may be available in the server error log.
Even trying to access it through the region website gives the same error. I hope every other division sticks with DLBRacing.

    I agree.

    Try this link

    http://fingroup.com/NcReg/registrationEntry.htm

Then click on IN-WORK ENTRANT LIST

Same error. I even get that error if I try to register for the race. They might have a better turnout if it wasn't such a pain in the ass.

Just to clarify, North Carolina Region is the only region I know of that's still using the FinGroup system. Most of the rest of the division is using DLB, but SCR and Atlanta are now migrating to MotorSportsReg (MSR). The good thing about MSR is there are real live people to answer the phone if/when you encounter a problem, and I expect more of the SEDIV racing regions to eventually make the switch (including NCR).

As a general rule, if problems persist with ANY of the systems pick up the phone and call the Chief Registrar for the event. As mentioned on the FF 40th thread, however, please be polite with these folks because they're probably even more frustrated than you are.

And yes, it WOULD be nice if the entire club used the same registration system, but I/we don't need to go there in this thread.

Tanks for the clarification, I stand corrected.
