    Default Winkleman WDF2 steering rack?

I think I lost some parts. Below is a picture of the R & P I’m working on right now, Its from a WDF2 and I know something is missing . What goes in place of #2? I would think it’s a cup and spring. Does any one have a picture of one so I know what I’m looking for "?

    Default Tiga steering rack parts

    Hi
I found this in my picture files from when I ordered parts for my Tiga -77 back in 2002

From what i remember there is a little peg on the other side of the cup that centers it in the steering rack

Someone said that it comes from a Renault Gordini

I think I ordered the ball from Jack-Knight he might have the cup

IIRC, my T 342's have a spring that goes into the end of the rack, the peg of the cup goes into the center of the spring.

Here is a diagram of a Lola T340 steering rack, it does show the springs I mentioned.
