    Default Formula Atlantic racing results

Would anyone know how to locate FA racing results for 1982 to 1989?

    Sweet link Steve. Impressive results...

Excluding yourself who do you think did the best with the least in the years you were involved with the series?

    Default FA site

Thank you Steve, what a great site. I spent hours looking at it. One name I did not see was Kenny Duclos, he used to raced a Brahbam (I believe) FB (before it became FA) in the late 60's through the 70's. I was looking for specific results for an 1984 RT4 and ended up by finding results for my Reynard 92H. Once again thanks, Bob.

    Quickshoe,

That is an easy call.... it would be Chris Smith winning the title in 1992 in a beater DB4 over the factory Reynard effort and a host of other quality competitors. No small measure of credit to my former crew chief and friend Willi Oppliger for his work keeping the Earls car together under such severe money limitations.
Another name that comes to mind is Tony Ave in his early efforts. Since I did a lot of work on the cars myself I have an appreciation for drivers that also turned a wrench and were not afraid to get dirty. Tony earned his early reputation for being more than just a good driver but a good mechanic, truck driver and all around scavenger to get to the track!
There were others with very limited resources that did a good job but they were not up in the top five like the two above.
    Regards,
    Steve O'Hara
