Wanted Lotus 51

Last spring I purchased a beautiful Lotus 51C roller. My original plan was to keep it and race it, but due to some changes in my family commitments, I now will sell it.

The car has a Quicksilver engine that was just rebuilt by Justice Race Engines. The Hewland gearbox was just gone through by VF Motorsports. It also has a new Tilton clutch assembly, radiator, many new rod ends and more. It has Koni adjustable shocks, and was set up to race, and not just be a museum-piece.

The car is absolutely beautiful, and if your friend wants a cheap car, this isn't it! If he wants one of the nicest 51s anywhere, then we should talk!

We looked at an immaculate restoration for 20k recently but the frame rails showed signs of repair at some time in the past and we walked away.
