I don't know how to check the MK8 RP ratio. But what are the gears for vintage dunlop tires. I have written down:
    19:32 - 21:30 - 22:26 - 21:24

In catalogs I do not see 22:26. Closest seems to be 21:25 or 23:27. I have a 24:28 currently for 3rd.

You've got the right gears for LRP in a vintage FF with a 9:31 diff.and spec Dunlop treaded tires. These are what Craig Taylor recommends including the 23:27. This gearstack gives you a very nice short shift into 4th as you pass under the bridge in West Bend. You'll like them.
