Does anyone know where the Winklemann ID plate with Chasis number might be located? There is a frame on Ebay but the owner doesn't know where to look. Any Help out there?
    Thanks

Hmm, if memory serves, it's on the firewall, cockpit side, behind the seat.

There are two ID#. One on the upper left side of the rear bulkhead that identifies the frame ie., AM (Arch Motors)71 (1971) - XXX the number of the frame made by that company that year.

The Paliser/Wink ID plate is located on the back of the aluminum bulkhead just behind the Driver's seat. ie. WDF3-24 = 24th model WDF3 made.
