If you cannot locate...
The car as pictured in the for sale ad is Jeff Bateman I believe, or his brother Jeff. I can pass along their contact information if you do not already have it with the records of the car.

Absolutely. There was a guy in Barrie On (Fejer of Chinook F5000 fame) popping out kevlar bodies 550 spyders and Hummers on Chevy Diesel 1 ton chassis for Saudi clients.
Done right it can look...
I would say we at least have a doner car they pulled the fibreglass mold from.
The back end is definitely influence by a 53 Corvette. Cool canyon racer.
35 cars entered for FF and CF! :greenflag:
This was one event I wish I had been able to make. I hope they have a great weekend and someone takes come pictures!

Any Vintage FF or Club Ford Drivers coming up to this event that haven't Pre-Registered? ?
I see there are already some Juniors, Vintage Fords, Vees and a Super Vee entered.
The more the...
Dad imported Millers Oils into Canada 10 years ago. A great product line with some unique blends for older engines and race motors.
He passed away in 2004 and I did not have the resources to...
It certainly has a good pedigree. I have had about 6 iron heads pass through my hands, inherited with the car they came with in every case but 1. I never had the fortune of getting a head that...
Point of Trivia, James' Van Diemen was Greg Moores old chassis, and it won the Ontario Regional FF Championship in 1999 with Adam Burnett driving. The following year was the first year of the OFFC,...
I understand DAC could not get a suitable date so their is no Regional there in 2014.
Peter - well said and I appreciate that point about being a social collective versus an organizer and the limitations that presents.
I will follow up with Monoposto and VRG offline -...
To William's point above, I wish there was a bit more clarity in the Vintage rules. The way it used to be in Vintage was a new Sprite would show up and if there were some "deviations" from the letter...
And the ones before that were BR from the Bromley location.
The pdf could be imported to cad and scaled. I can create the dwg file and scale it to the given dimensions if that will get him started.
Are there any VRG events with traditionally higher CF entries? I last ran my CF with them in 2006 at Beaver Run and it was a great time.
Looking forward to 2014 to formulate a 2-3 event schedule...
Agree with Ken, look up Hotels in Whitby/Oshawa on Consumers Drive. Excellent combination of hwy access/price/food options within 35 min of the track.

I would also like to see the minutes Pat.
Hope it was a good turnout -
Jonathan
The other requirements before a switch was considered would be an assurance from Toyo that there would be adequate supply of the 13" tires for at least three years.
Also there is an expectation...
These aren't official minutes, just my recollection of events. I have tried to minimize any personal bias or editorializing.
FIT Power - One off / single event appearance: FIT powered cars will be...
What was your question Justin? Maybe I can save you the wait.

Posting this as an FYI for folks possibly missed on the email distribution list.

Charles volunteered to send the item COD for inspection and I could simply return it if I wasn't satisfied.
Item was exactly as described and Charles was very accommodating regarding the follow up...
I understand a Crossle 16f is cleaning up in the NW vintage scene these days. A 20f is also a great car. Great cars and easy to drive. All the parts are off the shelf as well as previously...
For a lightened CV, would you then also suggest applying silicone around the mounting bolt holes as they are inside the OD seal and the grease could bypass the seal? Or does this not happen in...
The block would be useful for a F3 screamer as well.
A little searching on the net and I saw them for sale for around $300 if they were available. Mostly UK vendors though.

The 90 is a great car and your rebuild efforts will be rewarded in a car that has a great deal of potential. If you search through this site, there is lots of posts on ideal wheel rates/rate ratios...
2007 VARAC Vintage Festival - Monoposto Classic Class. Mosport, Bowmanville ONT.
There were more cars than this - I aplogize in advance if I didn't post your pic.
The last car is my...
Peter - I wish I had more information on the S2000 race - I had to dash after the Vintage Sports Racers.
You guys have a heck of asalesman in Cap Chenowith, he would not stop going on and on...
It was a pretty healthy turnout this weekend. I missed seeing Saturdays race but I can tell you there was a fairly serious incident on the warm up lap (or first hot lap) on the back straight between...
Have you had a look here Art?

FWIW - I was working with Rennies numbers based of the 1200 racing miles per season based on the average speed of...
Is it realistic to assume that you would rebuild the motor to *stock* condition after 4000 miles? How many miles do you do in a season? 1200?
I would think that after 2 years of racing, the new 1L...
