When Eagle did my custom cell last year they said it was the last race car cell they would do, going just aircraft. Shame as always a great cell from them.
Don't know what the purpose of the car...
Need to remember it became just another used, old race car for a time and people didn't worry about having all the original bits and pieces. never mind making modifications to try and keep it...
Ran a 298 Lola for a number of years with the M12. A more robust motor than the stretched out Ford based motors. Lots of smooth low rev performance when the FI was set up correctly,The biggest...
While it is well documented how flexible the 340 to 440 series was it was not the first FF to earn the title. Had about a half dozen pass through my shop at Sears Point raceway for modification...
It can also help to back fill the pressure side of the oil pump by pouring oil down the output line of the pressure side. Once the pump actually has oil in it the suction will be established. I...

Tom : Why would you even consider using a miss-matched set of old shocks ? Who knows how the Bilstein is valved and it's not adjustable plus meant to be mounted "upside down" to reduce the unsprung...
The two pictures most likely came from the late 70's. Frank Briggs was a local racer out of San Jose, CA and worked at the United Airlines maintenance service located at the SF Airport. He was a...
There are a lot of people who "rebuild" these shocks. But most just put in some new seals and change the oil. You want someone who will be able to change out worn valving parts etc. Not so easy to...
Eagle will do a super job at a reasonable price and they will go in the opening. I have used them on several cars.
Always been curious as to the effect the "ears" on the d-9 front body have on straight line speed. Any one every experiment with comparing having them removed over leaving them on the nose.
