1 the cost of living in usa is perceived to better VFM & quality for many living in other countries i.e. cheaper rent / get better quality apartment...

The F3 thing aint gonna work in usa too many cars already exist of similar speed and appearance

the downside to the F3000 car is the cost of a motor now dfv fetch big$ for historic racing
