I need help dealing with Diamond Racing Wheels

Do any of you know Bill at Diamond Racing Wheels? I bought a set of wheels from Diamond for my vintage FF and they didn't fit right on the hubs. He told me to send one back, which I did last October. He called and said they had been drilled with the wrong bolt pattern and he would make me a new set. In the last month I have called at least 10 times, and the nice gal who answers the phone says Bill has my message and he will call me...but he never does.

If any of you know Bill would you ask him to at least give me a call. I would provide my number but, trust me, he has it.
