FF Coolant Advice

Anyone have any advice on coolant choices for a Vintage FF? Straight water, coolant, additives advised?

Distilled water with Red line water wetter - buy at Pep Boys. My engine builder likes 25% antifreeze but most clubs do not!

If you are running the water in the frame bar's leak will keep the chassis from rusting out lubricate your water pump and engine will run cooler. Well also stop leaks! Only us clean flushed radiator.

Distilled water, can of water pump lubricant, half a bottle of water wetter.

and the carnage it causes when dumped on track. That stuff is slicker than oil in a braking zone, or corner.....I don't want to describe how I know this.
