Oil pump pipe thread
Looking for the thread count on the Honda oil pump. Pushing oil out…outside is typically -10 or -12 going to the oil tank. What is the thread going into the pump housing…metric..? I don’t have much experience with these fittings or how to measure them.
‘please and thanks.

I would think they will all be AN dash fittings. If so, female threads have a female cone (the female cone on BSP goes with the male thread). Metric and AN have very different cone angles.
Ideally check with a TPI gauge but, if you don't have access to one, try carefully test-fitting a known connection into the port.

Cliff,
It is not a pipe thread. it is "straight-cut' and requires a sealing 0-ring. If yours is leaking, either the fitting is cracked (unlikely), the sealing 0-ring is damaged, or it is the hose/hose fitting. I would expect the 0-ring.
Cliff and I communicated directly. It appears 12 AN male to 12 AN o-ring is what he needs.
