Need longer shifter arm (and Translogic Power Shifter)

I bought a used Translogic PSR Pro+ shifter and the instructions suggest a longer 65mm shifter arm.

Does anyone know where I can get one, or a steel one I can use to make one? I heard off-road bikes often use steel shifter arms but I'm not sure if I need a specific diameter or spline count. I haven't yet found that information.

I have a Gen 2 Suzuki Hayabusa.

I'm also wondering if any of you are using this shifter and can share your thoughts about it - pros and cons, suggestions, etc. The manual I got doesn't seem to include everything.

Easiest option is to buy a shift arm from ebay and weld on a tab

If you don't have a welder, contact Stan Clayton he can get one to you

Another option is to look at dirt bike shifter arms. They are usually longer as the shifter arm is the shift foot pedal too. Here's an example. There are much cheaper dirt bike options out there.

Stan resells the Radical splined shift lever for Hayabusa applications I believe. Richard at Rilltech also makes a splined adjustable shift lever which is purpose-built for the Flatshifter systems.

Well, the "universal" part mentioned in post #2 didn't work. Different # of splines.
